Please put an immediate moratorium on the reintroduction of water fluoridation to Calgary’s public water. Fluoride and artificial water fluoridation are neither safe, effective nor ethical. 

​

When added to public water, there is no control over dose, and fluoride is not needed for a single body function.
 
It is fast becoming common knowledge that fluoride reduces children's IQ and as a result, dozens of municipalities in North America have ceased the practice base on the recent US court ruling and several recent medical journal publications.

You cannot guarantee that fluoride is safe and effective for everyone.
