Best to send as soon as possible. How: you can use the old fashioned post mail or email publicsubmissions@calgary.ca with copy to cityclerk@Calgary.ca Please copy us safewatercalgary@gmail.com so I can ensure your submission is included in the agenda. I will check when the agenda is published. You can even copy all councillors so they know you have spoken but that is totally optional! For example you can use "Submission for Hearing on Water Fluoridation" What: Write what you think is best. The more personal the letter the better. If you attach any files those will also be part of your submission. You do not have to reside in Calgary to make a submission. Make sure to sign your full name and if you live in Calgary you can include which ward you live at and even address your councillor.
